Gentle Giant is offering the Spirit of Yoda light-up mini-bust and the Animated Yoda and R2-D2 maquette. Both are limited editions of 2500. The Yoda and R2-D2 maquette will be limited to 500 pieces at Celebration IV, with the other 2000 pieces being distributed at upcoming conventions. Gentle Giant has a limited number of these items available for pre-order, with the rest being available on a first-come first-serve basis - the Yoda and R2-D2 pre-order of 100 pieces sold out within 10 minutes of being available, but the Spirit of Yoda mini-bust is still available for pre-order. Note: You must be attending Celebration IV to pre-order the items, as they need to be picked up in person at the Convention.
Kotobukiya has announced that they are releasing a special "Spirit of Yoda" version of their ArtFX line Yoda figurine. This figurine will not only light up, but also contains a sound chip with three different sound clips recorded by Frank Oz. The Kotobukiya piece is limited to 1138 pieces. |
